![]() I personaly have nothing against the time they need to develop the game cus i rather prefer an polished and "as bugfree as possible" game over an rushed game that is nearly unplayable.Past Roles: Ritsuka Tachibana (Dance With Devils), Frosch (Fairy Tail) Option 2 is the route GT did go now to announce FP2 to get everyone hyped for it but then having to consider the risk of the impatient ones. Option 1 was to silently work on FP2 and then release it when they are done with it surprising everyone with a sequel. The thing however is that GT had here 2 options. I think one reason for many is that since the announcement of FP2 it "feels like nothing is happening" and so they start to "rage". I feel bad for Gabby always having to reiterate the same thing over and over! I was reading an article about the creator of Iconoclasts, and it took him about seven or eight years to make his game-and it was absolutely incredible. Why get impatient, I just don't understand why every time i visit this discussion forum, so many folks are cranky about waiting for it and pushing for a date. I have faith in the dev team that they are getting the game all polished and tested fully so it can be the best possible experience. This could quite possibly be my game of the year (it comes out in lol) if it holds up to the standards that Freedom Planet 1 established for me. (This is to the deleted comment.) It's frustrating when people don't know how to wait. Please take care when making such accusations as really all you're doing is hurting the morale of a team of hard working people. I'm sorry if people feel we're not working on the game, but it's been the focus of our lives for the last several years. If you can't believe we're working with all of that, then there's literally nothing I can possibly do to convince you otherwise. ![]() The demo is all the evidence we need, but we publish regular twitter posts and trailers showing all the work we're doing. We're quite aware of how much work we've done to complete the game, but disclosing such information creates false senses of expectations when fans decide for the developer when their game will be finished, thus we cannot and will not give that kind of information out. Please enjoy the updated demo which showcases a myriad of the work we've been doing to complete the game, including the full UI changes and menu alterations that are a part of the final game, as well as the fully completed first level of the game. ![]() I cannot answer where we are in development because that is just an elaborate way to get me to state a release date I'm not yet cleared to speak out on. ![]()
